The adventure will begin in Santiago in Chile including visits to San Antonio, Casablanca, Maipo, Rapel and Colchagua valleys. We will then cross the Andes into Argentina to discover the great wines of Mendoza including beautiful Tupungato.  The tour will then head on to Uruguay to visit historic Canelones and dynamic up-and-coming Maldonado wine regions.  We will be visiting leading wineries in all three countries and staying in comfortable 4 & 5 star hotels. Discover Hungary’s diverse wine regions and wine styles – from the new sparkling wines, thrilling dry whites, succulent juicy reds to legendary sweet wines. Our trip will start in the stunning capital Budapest with excursions to nearby Lake Balaton and Somlo to discover Furmint, Olaszrizling and Juhfark grown on basalt soils, south to Szekszard region home of elegant ‘Bikaver’, Kekfrankos and Kadarka – and to Hungary’s warmest and most southern wine region Villany, now famed for its Cabernet Franc. We will then head east of the city to Eger to sample whites and reds from their limestone soils – finally to the legendary wine region of Tokay in north east Hungary now home to outstanding dry whites and superb sweet botrytis Aszu wines. The tour will be escorted by Rose, who has visited Hungary many times over the last two decades.

A chance to visit vineyards on an active volcano and discover the burgeoning wineries on the slopes of dramatic Mount Etna and their local Nerello Mascalese grape. The tour, escorted by Rose, will begin in Taormina to visit nearby Etna and local wineries, before heading to the south eastern tip of the island to visit Syracuse, Noto, Modica and the beautiful hill-top town of Ragusa – as well as the local Cerasuolo di Vittoria wine region to sample local Nero d’Avola and Frappato grapes.  Wineries included on this trip: Benanti, Graci & Tenuta di Fessina on Etna – and Planeta, Cos, Occhipinti, Locanda Gulfi & Donnafugata in the south east.

This wine & cultural tour includes winery visits as well as cheese & chocolate tastings and cultural sight visits in Syracuse, Modica, Ragusa & Noto.

A chance to visit the two contrasting wine regions of Northern and Southern Rhone during harvest time. The tour, escorted by Rose Murray Brown MW, will begin in Lyon and follow the river Rhone south visiting Cote Rotie, Condrieu, Hermitage, St Joseph in the Northern Rhone and Chateauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Ventoux in the Southern Rhone.  Wineries included on this trip: E Guigal, Domaine Michel Chapoutier, Thierry Allemand, Clos du Caillou, Domaine du Pegau and many more.  Accommodation will be in comfortable 4 star hotels in the historic towns of Valence and Avignon.

An autumn tour to the vineyards of Alsace & Jura in Eastern France – with Rose as your guide.  Discover the diversity of styles in both regions – from the thrillingly aromatic Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and lush succulent Pinot Noirs of Alsace – visiting leading producers across the region (including Domaine Weinbach, Rolly Gassmann, Zind-Humbrecht, Mure Domaine du Clos de Landelin, Bott-Geyl, Schoffit, Trimbach & Hugel).
