Wineries, winemakers and the beautiful wine regions will be highlighted with visuals. A selection of artisan cheeses will also be served alongside the wines. Piedmont Masterclass : ONLY ONE PLACE LEFT!
Royal Scots Club 29 Abercromby Place, Edinburgh, Edinburgh, United KingdomThis evening will focus on the great wines of Piedmont in north west Italy including leading appellations Barolo and Barbaresco - with a chance to discover the diversity of this famous region from stunning Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto reds from across the region - to sleek Cortese-based whites of Gavi and Arneis-based whites of the Roero valley. The tasting will include 13 wines from Alto Piedmont (Gattinara, Ghemme, Sizzano) and Piedmont's Langhe, Roero and Montferrato. A selection of artisan cheeses will be served alongside the wines.
