Discover two of France's hidden gems - the regions of Jura and Savoie in eastern France. Jura is an enchanting region tucked between the slopes of the Jura mountains and the Bresse plain - with just 2,000 hectares of vines - and 200 producers.  There is more soil diversity here than in Burgundy.  The region specialises in white wines (which dominate 80% of production) with Chardonnay and Savagnin the two main white grapes.  Three red grapes, Poulsard, Trousseau and Pinot Noir are grown on lower warmer soils.  Jura makes an amazingly diverse style of wines which will be highlighted in the tasting - from its famous Vin Jaune, Cremant du Jura, Chardonnay, Savagnin and red blends.
