Welcome to my website!

I hope you enjoy my regularly updated News section, which will keep you up to date with my wine tastings, travels and regular articles.  Rose Uncut gives you 'unedited' features with helpful wine buying tips.

As many of you know, I run regular wine tastings, courses and wine dinners catering for beginners to experienced enthusiasts.  In Spring 2017, we will focus on individual tasting evenings on New Zealand, South Africa, South America, Rare Grapes, Alsace, Baden, Icewine, Hidden Italy - and South West France with French charcuterie in Edinburgh.

In Glasgow we will compare Rioja v Ribera del Duero, taste through the wines of South Africa and sample French charcuterie alongside wines from the Loire & Rhone valleys. In St Andrews we will discover explosive flavours in our Volcanic wine tasting - with further tastings on Western Australia and Spain v Portugal with charcuterie.

If you cannot decide which evening to give as a gift, you can buy 'open' gift vouchers on my website here.

If you wish to join our mailing list to receive regular updates of our forthcoming events, please contact me direct by email to arrange this.

In Spring/Summer 2017 we will be hosting Fine Wine Dinners at The Peat Inn in Fife (date to be confirmed) and at Rhubarb restaurant in Prestonfield House Hotel in Edinburgh (Thursday 11 May 2017).

I have been organising and hosting my own Wine Tours for over 10 years.  I recently took a very popular tour to South Africa and hosted our first wine tour through Austria. Read my travel blog about the winemakers we met and wines we enjoyed. I recently hosted another successful tour of New Zealand - and our summer Burgundy tour proved very popular.  I will be planning future wine adventures Upcoming Wine Tours possibly to Bordeaux, Burgundy, Portugal, California and South America - so let me know if these appeal.

Remember if you work for a company, I can organise Corporate Wine Events to entertain your clients or colleagues.
